With decades of executive and advisory experience, Henry has held senior leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, Aon Hewitt, and MD Anderson Cancer Center, bringing practical insight into how consultant relationships succeed—or struggle—in real-world environments. His work centers on helping HR, Finance, and Procurement leaders navigate complex decision processes with steadiness, transparency, and shared understanding.

Henry is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and achieved Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) certification. He also serves as Board Chair for Gulf Coast Blood in Houston, contributing strategic & governance leadership and supporting critical community health initiatives.

Catherine holds a Bachelor’s degree from Villanova University. Known for her thoughtful listening and calm, balanced approach, she helps leadership teams navigate sensitive discussions with confidence and clarity.

Before joining Docent, Melissa led large-scale organizational change initiatives, including a global ERP transformation impacting more than 30,000 employees. Her experience at Halliburton and KBR strengthened her ability to navigate complex environments, manage diverse stakeholder needs, and maintain calm structure during periods of significant change.

Melissa is a graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a degree in Information and Operations Management with an emphasis in Management Information Systems and Supply Chain.
